The grafts are extracted one by one in the dermis with the help of a cylindrical hollow punch which depending on the cases, may be linked to a new and ultra modern machine that makes it possible to extract up to 500 grafts in one hour

This method does not leave any scar in the donor zone, as the diameter of the punch used is often as small or even smaller than 1 mm
